My money didn’t return after I asked you in live chat to cancel the autopay

I left the country and text the live chat assistant team to cancel my autopay plan and ask to  return my money back after 2 months deducted . I have been promising that the money will back but nothing happens I am very disappointed.

You also have to turn off autopay by logging into your account.
