Multi-line Invitation Error
I have been trying to get my wife on my multi-line account for almost a month, but my efforts always end with an error when my wife attempts to accept the invitation. I have carefully studied the acceptance process and can see no way of doing it incorrectly. At one point I was locked out from issuing any more invitations, because I had apparently exceeded the maximum number. After my plan rolled over, I was able to issue more invitations. My latest invitation ended the same way all of the others had ended and that is with the error "There has been an error. Please try again later." I have made numerous trips to the local AT&T phone center and have made numerous calls to 611. Nobody was able to determine what the problem is and in each instance I was told to wait another day or wait for my plan to roll over. This solution seems to be that if I wait long enough the problem will fix it self. Apparently, nobody at AT&T knows how to make this work.

I am a new at&t prepaid customer l and I tried to add 4 lines on the multi line but at&t system displayed I have exceeded invitations but I did not! I only have (3) lines. Customer service said I should wait for next month. It seems AT&T look as prepaid customers are lower class but we are still their customers. The way how at&t set up multiple line, in my opinion is (Edited per community guidelines). There must be a better solution even at&t customers support couldn’t figure it out.
