MULTI LINE PROBLEM

I was invited in multiline to my friends.

 

So we join in 3 multi line services.

 

However, My friend would go back to her country.

 

So we planned to change account  owner.

 

Then, we deletled multi-line.

 

And I made my multi line, I invited my friend again.

 

But it didn't work! It said to me their eligible account!

 

We just want to change account owner

 

We don't know why this problem happens.

 

Please help me as soon as possible. Thank you

Thank you for reaching out to the Community Forums.  I am sorry about the difficulties trying to invite your friend to your Prepaid Multi-line account.  I have some suggestions to help you correct this issue.


Please confirm you have completed converting your account to a Multi-line account.  Make sure you are on a monthly plan at $30 and more to be eligible.  Review and manage your invites to determine if was accepted or decline.  If it was declined in error; please send a new invite.
