Mobile data not working on prepaid unlimited plus

I can't connect to mobile data and am getting a sign into network message on my unlocked galaxy s21. Voice and messages work fine. I am in an area with a strong signal and am connected to 4 carrier aggregation on lte bands 2, 14, 30, and 66 per the service mode menu.

Hello Community,

We received reports from some customers that they were unable to access data, and it is now resolved.  If you continue to have problems accessing data on your device, please power your phone off for 30 seconds and power it back on to get a fresh connection with the network.

If you need help with troubleshooting your data connection, please visit our support site for step by step help.

Not enough information.   Are you able to make and take phone calls, send text messages? What happens when you try to use  mobile data?

Are you getting error messages? Buffering?

what plan are you using? And what phone/device are you using?

This problem usually comes up when someone is using the wrong a plan for the device. What I mean by that is a tablet plan on a phone or a phone plan on a tablet. AT&T system sees your device by its IMEI and determines which it is. If you have not purchased a plan for the correct type of device you will have problems with mobile data and can even have service suspended.

Hello, my data on my prepaid account is not working. I have turned off my phone for 5 min, turned phone back and still no luck. I can receive text and phone calls only.

You need to call. There have been multiple complaints of prepaid data not working, must be some system wide issue.

The entire ATT prepaid interface is subpar. You have to reset your passcode every time you log in, it's completely insecure - there's no 2-factor login, and many of the support links within the account interface are just broken, or you follow link after link after link in a circuitous pattern. Ultimately, you get no help.
Called and waited on hold for ONE AND A HALF HOURS, only to be told to please power my phone down for ten or fifteen minutes to fix the problem.
Not email notice sent to customers alerting us of the issues or how to resolve them...

Super nice and sweet customer service agents in other countries once you get someone on the line, but TERRIBLE customer support as a company for Prepaid consumers. Anyone else having these issues should definitely report the company to the FCC for inequity in service and lack of fairness to consumers.

I have the 128gb unlocked us version. I have never used the sim in any other device.

I have turned my phone off and on numerous times and have also reset my Network settings!!! This is so frustrating!!! It works fine for about 20 minutes or so after resetting and then starts all over again telling me I need to sign into an ATT Network.
