Make a payment

Hello AT&T

I am an international student studying in the United States, and because of the Pandemic, I have returned to my home country in March! Since my stay in my home, I have not paid the payment of my AT&T phone number cause it does not work in my country, Oman! Besides, I was not able to access my AT&T account, and it kept showing that there is an error when I try to sign in. In the next week, I am returning to the U.S., where I need to make a payment and activate my phone number if it is closed!! 

Please let me know what I should do.

If it’s been more than 60 days with no balance your account and number are closed and cannot be reactivated. Accounts are blocked from outside the us

While AT&T employees do look at forum posts from time to time, we are here to represent the forum with our experiences as customers and do not represent AT&T in any official capacity with our responses and do so on our own time unpaid and off the clock. As employees we are not rewarded nor compensated to participate in these forums This forum is comprised of regular customers to communicate with other customers to offer advice and share experiences same as any other user Although there is a small team of customer care specialists that monitor the forums the sheer volume of posts are simply too many posts for these agents to respond to each one of them.
