Mailbox deleted after upgrading plans?

I recently changed my plan from $45/month to $65/month. Since I am currently not in the US, when someone calls my number they get a message saying I am unreachable instead of getting my voicemail.  Do I need to reset up my voicemail? Is it something I can do without having access to ATT on my phone? ATT does not work where I am.

I am sorry to hear you are unable to receive calls internationally and not being able to access your voicemail. I would love to look into it today!


Since you are outside the U.S. at this time resetting the voicemail will not be a good option this will disable the feature. Was the voicemail set up before you went on your trip? Since there was a plan change prior it may cause issues while trying to retrieve your voicemail while international this is  common to happen.


Our Voicemail Support article will help with steps on how to retrieve it while you are internationally to resolve your concern.
