Made an order with a wrong e-mail address

I placed an order for a prepaid sim card with a wrong e-mail address and I noticed it only at the confirmation page (missing a letter), now I can't find a way to change that!

We understand that you'd like to change the wrong email address to the correct email address for your prepaid sim card.


We'd recommend you reaching out to our E commerce department, who should be able to make those changes for you. Feel free to give them a call at 866.267.4510. Their hours of operation are from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. Monday - Friday and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
