Lost GoPhone SIM, wanting to cancel service

I took the SIM out of my GoPhone and misplaced it. I had activated it and now want to cancle the service, as it is charging my card monthly. I can not seem to rememeber what the phone number to the SIM was, so I can't log into the account. What do I do?
