Lose new add on data and money when change plan

I changed plan to 15 promo plan from 50 plan on March 30th, 2020. After that, I lose 5 dollar international call add on that I just added on March 29th, 2020. I never use any minute. Mostly horrible, they do not allow me to add on 5 dollar international call.

Then, I changed to 35 plan instead of 15 plan right away on the same day ( March 30th,2020) because I need to add 5 dollar international call!

Totally, I charged me extra 20 on the same day for no reasons. And charged me IDD call fee 13.8 because I did not know my 5 dollar add on had been deleted without notice. Plus 35 plan, Totally, they charged me 68.88 dollars on the same day.

Please help me. Could you tell know how to get refund for your unreasonable charge? No one answer the phone from customer services hotline over waiting for two hours.

I am so mad and disappointed about your services.

This forum is not customer support. Prepaid generally does not refund but the only way to get a refund is to call.

Thank you for your feedback. That's so bad! Their hide plans terms are unclear and kind of cheating.
