I've bought two cards

I've bought to cards. A 65$ and a 10$ followed instructions and in keeps saying invalid HHMI or something like that. What the heck does this mean?! I don't have anymore money to spend and I should be able to to have a working phone number by now! This is ridiculous!

We'd like to know what's happening with your prepaid cards!

  • Are the $65/$10 cards virtual prepaid minutes, AT&T prepaid cards, gift cards etc?
  • Where the cards purchased from an AT&T store, 3rd-party retailer, or online?
  • What instructions did you follow in which lead to invalid error. 

Provide us more specific details to proceed further.
