Irma relief for 4G for Florida customers
We are using more data due to hurricane Irma due to power outages and wifi being down. I was told only relief was free talk and text but most customers pay for unlimited so that isn't really a help to the majority of your customers. Can you please see what you can do. Other companies are helping with this matter here in Florida but I'm a long time at&t customer and I know my company will come through. It would be a big disappointment otherwise. It is going to take a couple of weeks to get power and Internet back on at home and my phone is all I have. Relief is needed ASAP for your customers. Not just for me. Even a discount would help for the data add on for Florida for the next couple weeks or so. Thank you

I am very sorry you were affected by Hurricane Irma. We are definitely doing our best to provide relief to everyone in Florida and Georgia. I would be happy to review all other options available.
