iPad Data Plan-No service, no help

I have had the same data plan for my iPad for years now. I suddenly have no service and am getting an “invalid access” code when trying to log in to manage my account. I don’t have a flipping account number only a fake phone number associated with the account. By fake I mean none of the AT&T “help” phone numbers or websites recognize it. Which makes total sense to someone maybe, just not me. This happened mid cycle not upon auto renew so it’s pretty rude to not even give access to any assistance.

I would sincerely appreciate a direct phone number to speak to a human being about this.

Hello @APayingCustomer, we understand the importance of staying connected. We're happy to help with information to resolve your iPad Data plan concerns.

If you forgot the password  or login information for your DataConnect Pass account go to att.com/iPadlanding. Select the link Forgot your password and follow the prompts to reset. You can also visit our iPad Data Plan help page for more information.

Check DataConnect Pass balance and expiration date: DataConnect Pass plans include an amount of prepaid wireless data with an expiration date.

  • Once all the data is used, or the expiration date passes, you’ll need to buy a new DataConnect Pass plan.
  • Even when your device isn't transmitting or receiving data or all the data hasn’t been used, the expiration period remains in effect.
  • If you buy another DataConnect Pass, it’s not effective until all previous data is used, or until after the expiration date.

To check DataConnect Pass balance and expiration date:

  1. Go to att.com/iPadlanding and sign in to your DataConnect Pass account.
  2. From the Account Overview screen, locate Status to view data amount used and Billing Period to view expiration date.

In addition, If you would like to reach us by phone, you can reach us by calling 800.331.0500. or meet us back here if you have any questions, and we'd happy to move into a DM to take a closer look into your account and plan. Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums.
