I'm receiving charges from a past account
I recently discovered that I'm being charged by AT&T multiple times a month. one is my current plan, and the other, I'm assuming, is from a past account. How do I cancel any further payments like this, and only pay my current plan?

You either log into the old account and disable autopay or cancel the card used for autopay.

Cancel the autopay on the old account but they won’t refund any money as prepaid doesn’t refund
