prepaid account numbers aren’t published you need to call and ask for it

Hello,

It’s prepaid, so there aren’t statements. You can manage th account at paygonline.com, but need to call the 800 number on there or 611 form your phone (or visit a local store) to recurve your account number and pin to be eligible to port.

I assume you are prepaid? To get your prepaid account number you have to call or use chat, your prepaid account number is not published.
