I paid the wrong prepaid phone number

I was trying to pay my husbands prepaid phone number but im not sure what phone number i paid. He didnt recieved a confirmation message. I have a confirmation number though.

We understand how important it is to know if your payment posted on your husband's account. 


Here are ways to verify your Prepaid payment:


To check payments online:

  1. Sign in to
  2. Select Account History, then a date range.
  3. Choose History Type, then Credit/Debit/eCheck Payment.
  4. Select Submit or Export to PDF.

Verify your Prepaid payment over the phone:

  • Check your AT&T PREPAID account balance by calling 800.901.9878 or 611 from your wireless phone. To hear your account balance and expiration date, say Balance and payments and then follow the prompts to say Check balance.

Try this and let us know if you were able to confirm that you paid on the correct account.
