I haven't had phone or text service on mobile phones for over a month, and believe I've been hijacked.

the phone numbers on the website are completely useless. They give you numbers, and when they switch they say they can't help. None of them are a real person. I am so beside myself. Why can't I talk to a person to help me. The stores are no good either, and won't help. I've been trying all day to get into my two accounts. I've been paying for them however monthly. I finally clicked on payment without signing in, and I see 4 different phone numbers, the same on both accounts, that are not mine..

Why on earth would you wait a month? Especially if you're paying for service that doesn't work.

Probably should go to an AT&T store and get the straightened out.

Because I had no one to help me, and the phone problems for a long time.   I tried, but now they are impossible, and I have no phone to call on unless I go somewhere .   The store I went to was useless.   They said they can't help me until I change to a non-prepaid plan.    They did nothing.    Paying is the least of my problems.

On my main phone rebooted all of a sudden.    When it came up I have no mobile data service, nor can I text.   I have tried various things for a month.    ATTT you need a month just trying to get someone and still can't.      Also, a year ago, my phone and text didn't work without Mobile Service plus Lite on.    AT+T just says let us text to send you a confirmation number.    Only I can't received texts so there's nothing I can do.      When I tried today to get in by making a payment without them accepting my password, 4 numbers came up that were not mine.

Last year someone told me some other name came up on the ID.    Phone was working pretty much at that time.

On my second phone, the phone works but after a minute I can hear the party but they can't hear me.    Texts stopped working around same time as primary phone.   I also couldn't get in.    So I again tried to get in by making a payment without them accepting that password either.   The same 4 numbers not mine came up.

Hi.   I am so sorry, I couldn't get back to you before.  I would sincerely appreciate your help.

  On the 21st (Nov.) I finally got through to AT+T with a real person after hours of back and forth.    I was on the phone one to two hours and the person went through all the steps with me, but couldn't find a problem.   I was finally referred to to the Tech dept.    She said they would fix and within a few days.    Well almost a day letter I got an automated letter that nothing was wrong with my phone as if they didn't even read the problems.    I can assure you it is not an internal problem as I have no service where I am and try my phone.     I have no phone or text service, and since I can't get a text confirmation, I can't verify my online account either, which has other phone numbers associated with it I found that no one looked into.   I have no Mobile Data service/LTE sercice which since two years ago I have to use to use phone as well.

I didn't respond earlier since, because I have no phone, nor computer at home either or wifi there at present.     I am now at work (Tu., Wed., Friday) and can check the online forum which I couldn't do last week.  I hope I am not too late for  your help.

The one thing we have an addressed is whether your phone is capable of working on AT&T. Did you buy your own phone? Or did you buy a phone from AT&T?

If you bought some off brand Android phone it's not a surprise it doesn't work It's probably not capable of working on AT&T

It is an At&T phone. At the end of 2016, AT&T wanted to replace my AT&T flip phone I was using with a smart phone so they provided me with  a Samsung Galaxy Express 3 SM-J120A for free.    I never used it to the max as a smart phone as far as any financial transactions and I was careful which apps I was using .

To MatG Community Specialist.  Hello.    I did respond to you last Wed., and heard nothing back from you until today when you closed my account.   It would be easier if I received an email message that you responded to me    Since I have no phone or text and have to rely on a work phone, I check every now and then.      That thread seems to be blocked when I try to repspond where I get a red circle and can't include copy.

Your link as I said didn't work, and the work phone here just changed systems, and the phone doesn't ring.     It does leave voice mails, but the person is gone by the time I get the message.    Can you send me your phone number through email, which is listed on my account.

Hi, Well the bell had a 1 in it, and the previous messages after the point now there were deleted. 

That's all that was there.   I am not sure if someone is supposed to introduce theirselves to me, and that is what you are referring to.

  As I wrote to Mat, the link   doesn't work.   

I get
