I HAVE A NEW PREPAID ACCOUNT. I APPLIED FOR THE ACP AND I AM APPROVED. WHAT DO I DO NOW?

I have a new prepaid account and have been approved for the ACP. I advised my local AT&T store of my recent approval. The store advised me to reach out to ACP, so I did. NOW.. the ACP says that AT&T has to be the one to do this transaction. I'm getting the run around here and it is very frustrating. Has anyone experienced this? If so, what do I need to do, so I can get the benefit applied to my account? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Hello, @KIMFAULK! We want to help you get the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) benefit applied to your AT&T Prepaid account!

 

To have the ACP benefit applied to the account, please contact the AT&T ACP Center at 1-866-986-0963. Once your AT&T Prepaid enrollment in ACP is complete, you will get a text message confirmation. After enrollment, when you sign in to my AT&T app or visit att.com/prepaid, you will see the ACP benefit in your account details.
