I am sorry to hear that you are having an issue with your GoPhone. The first thing to try is rebooting the device. After you had minutes, you have to re-register with the network for it to sync with the phone. If that doesn’t work, go back to https://www.att.com/support/gophone.html and make sure that your refill actually went through.
