I can't pay online for my prepaid account

I try to make a payment online, but it always shows error: "Invalid state. Please verify and try again." or "We are currently experiencing an issue processing payments. Please try your request again later. No other services are impacted.".

Hello, @albertshol! We understand the importance of needing to make a payment!

We do have several payment options available:

  • In Person (at your local AT&T retail store).
  • My AT&T app.
  • By Phone call 800.331.0500 (or 611 from your wireless phone).

Also, try using a different web browser when making a payment online to see if you receive the same error message or if it will allow you to process the payment.

We hope this information was helpful; please let us know if you have any additional questions.

Thank you for reaching out to the AT&T Community Forums!

I can pay it at at&t retail store, but can only pay for one month which means I need to go there every month. I want to set up pre-pay but none of these methods work. I'm not sure whether it relates to using a new phone. The website always ask me to add my wireless account to my user ID, but when I try to add it, it told me that my accout has already been added. Is it necessary to regist my new unlock phone before making an auto-pay?
