How do I stop prepaid?
Hi,
I want to stop the prepaid, and I want to hold the payment.
When I left U.S., all of the AT&T stores closed because of COVID 19.
I will go back to U.S. at August, so I want to hold the payment during the August.
I knew how to hold the payment online or by using an application.
However, I forgot my username, password, and the email address that I used.
When I tried to find the username and password, I need to receive an email or a message from AT&T.
However, I don't remember what email I used. Moreover, I am not in the U.S. now, so I cannot receive a message.
Also, I cannot access the sign in page and find password page because I am not U.S.
How should I do to hold the prepaid?
When I post this forums, the username is not connect with my phone.

Hold times are very long.
When you get AT&T on the phone you will want to ask them to switch you to a pay-per-use plan and refill with $25 which extends your plan for 90 days.

Your user id is your phone number. However, account access is blocked from most locations abroad, so you likely can’t log in anyway and there is no alternative to receiving the text. A prepaid account is automatically closed if the account balance is $0 for more than 60 days. To hold your number until August without paying for a plan, you need to change to a pay per use plan and refill your account with at least $25. A $25 refill is good for 90 days and you have 60 days past that before your account is closed. If you don’t want to lose any money, refill with $100. A $100 refill is good for a year. Without account access, the only way to change plans or refill is to call. Call the international support number but be aware hold times are excessive.
