How do I complaint about the ATT customer services?
Hi,
I bought a prepaid SIM card from a store in Plano, Dallas which was supposed to work with BYOD phones. However, am struggling to get the SIM registered on ATT network even after the activation. I spent time and money calling the ATT customer support which is the most difficult to reach out due to automated BOTs and even after reaching the "real" customer support, there were standard answers and the problem was not resolved. I am asked now to change the phone and try? I have been left high and dry and to be very transparent I feel cheated. My first experience with ATT and worst/last one, never believe their sales/stores team, they even do not know how to activate a SIM card.
Is there a formal complaint process that can be initiated with a email format?
Regards
Avnish

There is no formal complaint process. The notice of dispute noted above won’t do you any good. Your problem is probably trying to activate with a non supported phone. Have you verified your BYOD phone is on ATT’s list of supported phones? In any event, if calls aren’t getting results, you can escalate to corporate by filing an FCC or BBB complaint.
