How do I change my autopay card without losing the $5 monthly credit ??

I need to change the card I am using for autopay.

I have already added the card information to my account.  But when I try to switch to it, the site tells me I have to end Autopay and enroll again.  Then, when I start that process, I see this warning:  "If you End AutoPay and receive a monthly AutoPay credit, you will lose it."

Since I can't reach a customer service human to discuss this with, I don't know if I'll lose the credit forever, or if there's some way to get it back.

How do I change my autopay card without losing my $5 monthly credit?

You won't lose the $5 credit for good. You will get it back when you re-enroll in autopay.
