Help please!?

Ok so my AT&T online account says I have 10 gbs data but 611 says when I call it that I don't have any data and I can't connect does anyone else have this issue does anyone know what's the issue of how to fix it? I have restarted my phone and everything?!?!?!?! Please help

Let's look into providing you with accurate information about your data. First, since you're having issues connecting, we recommend restarting your device by powering it off for several minutes then on again. This action should re-establish a connection between your device and the tower.

 

If your issue persists despite the first step, then dial 611 and check the data again.
