HBO Max promo

When I signed up online for prepaid wireless recently, the confirmation page said I’d receive an email with a promo code for a 30 day free trial of HBO Max. It’s been 11 days and still no email (I’ve checked my spam folder). I tried calling and using “chat”, but though the reps were pleasant, they just kept sending me to different departments. Can anyone help?

Prepaid has to call, you cannot use chat...

Thanks for your response, but I did start  by calling the prepaid number, then the rep ultimately directed me to use the chat for “TV”.

I haven’t had a good experience with AT&T’s customer service. The representatives have tried to help, but they don’t seem to have the resources they need. That’s after dealing with the automated answering service that makes reaching an agent very difficult.

Currently the HBO MAX package it's included on eligible postpaid plans. Here you can see the features of AT&T Prepaid plans

Thank you, SarhayM. My problem is that I did sign up for an eligible Prepaid plan and was notified I'd be receiving a promo code to redeem for HBO Max. I've never received the promo code, however. That's what I'm looking for.

Just to clarify, my plan doesn’t qualify me to receive a full subscription to HBO Max, but I was promised a 30 day free trial. It’s that promo code I need.

In this case it would be great if you follow this in order to Redeem your HBO max.

Please keep in mind that only postpaid plans are eligible to have this feature.

I tried to follow that link, but when I clicked on it I got this error message:  "

Request Error (invalid_request)

Your request could not be processed. Either 'force_deny' or 'force_exception' was matched in policy

This could be caused by a misconfiguration, or possibly a malformed request.

Please keep in mind that only postpaid plans are eligible to have this feature.

You said you activated prepaid service. The rep said only postpaid is eligible.

I’m just going by the confirmation page that came up (I have a screenshot) that said “Enjoy a 30 day free trial of HBO Max.

We’ll email you a promo code and details on how to start your trial”

I’m really not asking for a lot, just for AT&T to follow through with what it promised.
