Gophone refill charged but service not received
I use the 45 (40 with refill) dollars/month rate plan for which my credit card was charged on Sunday. Then suddenly as of today, I had no phone service any more! When called 611, was played a message about my balance not being enough (which is not true as both my bank account and the At&T account history show the refill was made)! In order to use the phone, had to make an additional payment of 12 dollars.
Would like some explanation as to what happened. Also, would like my additional payment (12 dollars) back. Thank you.
