I am having quite a bit of trouble with my gophone!


So i got it a year ago and used it for a little bit and then its been off ever since, well now i wanted to use it again and when i try to add anything to it att cant find the phone number i used to have?? so i cant call 611 or i cant call the help because they ask for the number and cant find it everytime? It also says that the sim cant be found.


Just please help because this is getting rediculous,

You must be new to pay as you go cell phone service or we call it Gophone with AT&T.
The rules of this Gophone game are,you cannot keep the number forever if you do not put money in every few months or in some part of the world ,if you do not make a chargeable call in 120 days .
You lost everything now,your phone number and sim card are useless.
You need to start all over again.
