Gophone account has been disconnected

Last year I bougth a ATT Unite mobile hotspot with sim card. I set up a gophone account, got a 10 digit phone number and filled it with a one month data plan. Now I want to use the hotspot again, but I find when I try to log on that the account has been disconnected, probably because I have left it unused for too long. Can it be reactivated and how? Or should I just get a new SIM card and start from scratch?

Hello @couvreur!

That is a great question! I will be happy to help get your hotspot set up again! Welcome back!

If the account is not refilled within 60 days of the account balance expiration date, the account is canceled and the phone number is lost. However, you can totally re-establish GoPhone service!

You will indeed need a new SIM card in order to do this. You can purchase one online or at an AT&T store! Click here for specific instructions and all of the needed information!

Let us know if you have any other questions. We are always here to help! Have a wonderful day!
