family plan temporary cancellation

I have a four people family plan. Due to the outbreak of coronavirus, we have all left the States for now. We are thinking of cancelling it for the next three months. ATT website access is not allowed here, and customer service were not able to gey my call the last few days.

The only way to stop autopay if you can’t access your account is to call or cancel the card used for autopay. If you call, call the international support number but be aware hold times are excessive. Also be aware your account will automatically be closed if the account balance is $0 for more than 60 days. If you just stop paying, your account will likely be closed and all numbers lost by the time you return in 3 months.
