Extend AT&T go phone expiration
My mother is 93 (94 next month). She has a go phone that has $425 on it. Do I have to add another $100 for another year? Do you ever extend an expiration date when there is that much money in the account?

You have to add something before the expiration date or the balance will be lost. Your choice whether to add another $100 or something else. ATT has been known to extend the expiration date without adding more money but you need to call and ask. For a 93 year old, I suspect they would.
