The terms depend on the plan you chose.
Pay per use plans: $10 - $24 lasts 30 days, or till its gone. $25 - $99 last 90 days or until gone. $100 is good for 365 days or until gone. These plans don't include data.
Monthly plans are good for 30 days. Renewal is the same date.
