E-sim delivery and activation

Hi, I have ordered AT&T Prepaid eSim and have not received a postal mail or an email with a QR code for activation. In the order confirmation email, it was mentioned that the eSim card is being sent via FedEx and has been stuck with label-created status for the past 10 days. I contacted customer service but they say that I will receive the parcel soon and I am unable to get hold of a person who can resolve this issue. How do I solve this and get my eSim soon?

Try checking your other email folders like Junk or Spam for that email confirmation.

We can assist you with Checking your order status. There are two ways to find your recent order. You can use your order information, but because you do not have your order number, you can sign in with your PREPAID username and password to search for your order. Your username is your 10-Digit wireless phone number, and your initial password is the last four digits of your wireless phone number.

Also, for updates to your order dial 877-782-8870 to receive an automated order status information or visit our Order Management Hub.
