E-sim delivery and activation
Hi, I have ordered AT&T Prepaid eSim and have not received a postal mail or an email with a QR code for activation. In the order confirmation email, it was mentioned that the eSim card is being sent via FedEx and has been stuck with label-created status for the past 10 days. I contacted customer service but they say that I will receive the parcel soon and I am unable to get hold of a person who can resolve this issue. How do I solve this and get my eSim soon?
