Errors entering new SIM Card Number for PrePaid plan online

I keep trying to update my device SIM number and IMEI number at https://www.paygonline.com/websc/simupdate.html but keep receiving system 'We seem to be experiencing system issues. Please try again later.' errors.  I already have a prepaid account but need to switch SIM cards and device.
