Double Charge, Auto Pay

Good morning,

I use auto pay option but the day before my prepaid plan was to renew I changed to a different plan. I was charged the new amount ($40 for $50 plan) then I was also charged the rate for my old plan ($30 for the $35 plan). My question is:

A) how can I get a refund on that $30 that was incorrectly charged for my old plan or

B) if a refund is not possible, will next month's auto pay be charged in the full amount of the plan ($40) or will it only be charged for the difference.

Hello @TSMunoz90,

I apologize for the double charge.  The only way to get the extra charge refunded is to contact your financial institution and dispute the charge. 

Your next billing period will charge you for the full amount of your current plan.
