Discontinuing ATT Data Pass W2GO2--Help Needed

After 4 hours on the phone with various ATT reps, I went online to stop this service. The website requires a password, and MEI number and a sim card number. I entered the data and it "doesn't match our records." There is no recourse or alternative for getting a replaced password.

So, I have blocked this $30 per month reoccurring charge. My question is: What mailing address do I need to use to send official notification to ATT regarding this action so ATT can officially stop this unused service and charge?

We'd advise for you to take your official notification to the nearest retail location and they'll be able to assist you further regarding the account in question.

The account is NOT cancelled, so there's nothing to be reinstated. There is also no "official notification." If you check other entries on the forum about trying to cancel ATT Data Connect W2GO2, you'll find that people are actually having to cancel their credit cards to get rid of this service.

Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
