Discontinuing ATT Data Pass W2GO2--Help Needed
After 4 hours on the phone with various ATT reps, I went online to stop this service. The website requires a password, and MEI number and a sim card number. I entered the data and it "doesn't match our records." There is no recourse or alternative for getting a replaced password.
So, I have blocked this $30 per month reoccurring charge. My question is: What mailing address do I need to use to send official notification to ATT regarding this action so ATT can officially stop this unused service and charge?
