Disconnected GoPhone Account
I attempted to log into the MyAT&T account but it said that the GoPhone account was disconnected. I had the $40 plan and the last payment I made was on April 14, ending in May. I have been out of the country but I believe that my account has been inactive for under 90 days. I did the exact same thing last summer and had no problem with refilling my account when I returned in late August. Is there any way I can get my account re-activated? I do not return to the US for another two weeks and am not sure if I am even able to call AT&T customer support.
