Disable GoPhone
I got new SIM card for my phone on December 30 2016 and now I would like to disable it because I don't need it anymore. Should I just stop paying so that you deactivate it? Do I need to give you the SIM card back?

Exactly right. Just stop refilling your account. Service will expire and your account will eventually be closed. You do not need to return anything.
