Device Unlock App
Hello
I have bought three Motorola XT2093-7 that was on discount on a US pawn shop, it seems to be they are under prepaid channel. I have already tried to go through Device Unlock web page and I'm only getting a denied email with out knowing the reason. Devices are more than a year old and I need them for international usage out of ATT network.
All IMEI are completely clean and there is no financing or previous accounts tied to them.
I see there is no way to contact ATT unless you are a customer which is not my case, can anybody from ATT help me ?

Those phones were sold for AT&T prepaid and require 6 months of prepaid paid service in order to qualify to be unlocked.
If you cannot use them on AT&T prepaid, or never intended to use them on AT&T at all, you should not have purchased.
