Data malfunction
I just bought a 50 dollar plan for my prepaid phone. It went through earlier but then it cut me off like an hour after it says error code 21 And nothing I've been trying is working can anybody help me please

Not sure what you mean by “It went through earlier but then it cut me off”. ATT does not currently offer a $50 plan unless you already had it. If you are talking about the old 8GB plan, you should switch to the $40 plan, you get more data. Have you tried power cycling the phone? What does your account show, is the plan active? In any event, this forum is not customer support. You must call for prepaid support.
