create new ID

Hello, I just received my SIM and successfully activated it (this is the same phone number that I transferred from Tmobile). However, when I put my wireless number to create the new ID, it says "The info provided is not valid. Please try again". I tried to used last 4 digits of the phone number, and also tried to reset the password but no luck. How can I proceed with this?

Not sure where you are entering this info but you don’t create an ID on prepaid. Your user ID is your full 10 digit phone number. You log into prepaid here:
