Could PPS6180 mean someone changed their number or is the message only for non payment

I’m trying to call my friend & I keep getting message PPS6180. Could that mean someone changed their number or is this message only for non payment?

Also, can you go on Facebook if your phone is shut off for non payment?

Greetings @Rbkk,

We'd be more than happy to answer your questions. The PPS6180 is a message that callers receive when the person (or the phone thinks you need) to purchase more minutes.

And as far as going on Facebook if your phone is shut off. You won't be able to use Facebook if your service is cut off. However, if you're connected to Wi-Fi then you'll have no problem accessing Facebook.

Let us know if this answered your questions.

Facebook uses data, and does not require phone service. You would be using your home Wi-Fi, or another Wi-Fi connection in order to make a Facebook call
