Contents of Activation site not loading correctly.

A month ago, I got a prepaid Alcatel phone. Just a today, I decided to activate it. However, here's the problem, when I go that activateprepaid site and fill out my info, the contents of the page where I choose my rate plans aren't loading in correctly. Usually there would be a blank page and a few buttons, and it would be stuck on that page.

First, you want to verify that your device is compatible with the AT&T network. You can do this by visiting our Device Identification page.

We need your new device’s IMEI and EID numbers. They will help us determine the best way to activate your device on the AT&T network.

Once you have confirmed that your device will work on the AT&T network, we encourage you to clear the cache and cookies in the web browser, and then visit our AT&T Prepaid Activation Portal.

Enter your device’s ICCID / SIM number or the last four digits of the EID number. Typically, a device has only one of these, but some devices support the use of either.
Already have an AT&T Prepaid number and replacing your device? No need to complete the form. Simply take the SIM card out of your existing device and put it in your new one.
