Charging my card for a prepaid card.

Dear sir, I bought a prepaid At&t account.

As I told to the seller, it was for use only while I was in US. I was travelling in US for 15 days only. I didn't check my account since then, and I had a bad surprise today. I am paying this prepais card since then. More than a year. Please cancel this charging, and you should return all the payments for this prepaid card. I didn't allow AT&T to charge more than once.

My account at Bank of America is being charged since June 2019, it means form July till today makes 8 months of payments that were not allowed to charge. So you owe me 8 x 43,2 = 345.6 USD.

02/18/2020 -43.20 VESTA *AT&T PREPAID 02/15 PURCHASE 866-608-3007.

08/20/2019 -43.20 VESTA *AT&T PREPAID 08/19 PURCHASE 866-608-3007

Hope you understand that I can't afford it.

Thanks a lot.

it’s prepaid so they will not issue you a refund. Your best option is to cancel the card associated and get a new card issued

This is a customer to customer forum, not customer support. Apparently you got signed up for autopay when you started the account. Sorry to say but prepaid generally does not refund. Besides, you not checking your account is on you. Anyway, your only chance of getting any refund is to call. To stop any further charges, you either need to call or get your bank to block them. If you call, the number to call for prepaid international support is:

@sandblaster most likely accepted the offer for autopay discounts? And forgot he did that?
