Changing my form of payment

I recently changed banks and closed out the old card, but when coming in here to put the new card for my auto pay on the site it needs me to verify the old one, which I can’t do cause it has the card number saved not the account number saved so I can’t change it. What do I do?

Hello KyleStahlschmidt, we'd be happy to help you get your form of payment changed.

 

To update your stored AT&T PREPAID AutoPay details follow the below steps.

  1. Sign in to your AT&T PREPAID account.
  2. Select Profile & Settings, then Payment Options.
  3. Follow the prompts to edit payment details and confirm your changes.

If you're still not able to get this updated you may have to reach out to the recently changed bank for the previous card information.
