I have a prepaid account I need to change my user I d

Unless you are talking about DataConnect, your prepaid user id is your 10 digit phone number. The only way to change that is to change your number.

@fbrownnd1 Closing this 3 year old thread. Please start your own thread. A prepaid user id can not be an email address, so not the right forum anyway.
