Change plans

I changed plans two days before my expiration date. I was still charged for the old plan plus the new one. How do I get a refund?

You likely don’t but the only way to get a refund is to call. Presuming you are on autopay, the autopay transaction was probably already in progress when you changed plans and that payment should be a balance on your account. If so, that balance will get used next month to renew.
