Change plans

Hi I am currently on a monthly prepaid plan. But I saw on the web that you offered multi months plans now. I would like to change to that. I wonder if I have to change my number or I can change my current plan to it. I tried to call to ask but it was just automatic replies and I couldn’t be connected to a agent. Thanks!
