I am unable to watch videos on my gophone. Was able to yesterday but not today.

We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into why you're no longer able to watch videos with your PREPAID service. Streaming videos can use up a large amount data. We recommend checking your AT&T PREPAID data usage to be sure that you still have remaining data available.
