Can't see items that were. Backed up on Personal Cloud back up

Just backed up my phone on AT&t personal cloud backup but I can't see the items that are back up despite it saying 1744 messages backed up and 87 phone calls backed up in the connections I cannot restore them to my phone because it says back up content zero how do I fix this
