Can't receive text messages from bank

I'm receiving messages just fine from everyone else, but I can't seem to get messages from my bank. Which I need to be ale to long on to my mobile account. Is it the sim card?

  • does this only affect messages from this bank or from other sources also?
  • what specific device are you using and is it running the latest software?

Never have received messages from bank. Only affects from this sender. I get all other messages just fine and I'm using a s51 5g and yes it has the latest software

We also want to knw if you have checked your list of blocked numbers to see if the bank's number may have been accidentally blocked.

 

Did you also contact the bank to be sure it is not an error from their end?

 

You can check at an AT&T store for a SIM card replacement to see if it resolves the error.
