Can't activate esim but my phone number is ported over already

Hi, I signed up for the $300 for 12 months plan and got my E-Sim but could not activate it. So, I called a customer service agent about my esim not activating, and the agent transferred my number over to ATT. But, my ESIM still cannot be activated. I went to a physical store and they said they cannot touch prepaid accounts. I called back Customer Support and they say they cannot do anything without a pin which I cannot get without activating the esim. Is my number just stuck in AT&T limbo now?
